Founded in 1985, Maalaea Kai Condominiums has been serving our community for over 40 years.
Maalaea Kai is located on the south side of central Maui, tucked along beautiful Ma’alaea Bay where the humpback whales spend their winter. All 79 units enjoy spectacular ocean views of the islands of Molokini and Kahoolawe as well as gorgeous views of Haleakala. Our large beautifully maintained grounds are complete with pool and BBQ area for your enjoyment. We are within walking distance to Maui’s longest and very secluded sandy beach, Maalaea Harbor, where many ocean activities are available, including diving, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, whale watching and sunset cruises, the Maui Ocean Center aquarium, shops, award winning restaurants and the Maui Bus stop.
Maalaea Kai is only 15 minutes from Kahului Airport, and 20 minutes from the popular resort areas of Lahaina, Kihei, Kaanapali and Wailea. This area is a golfer’s paradise with numerous challenging links nearby.
